Please note that due to perishable nature of some of our products, like Treats and Chews , we do not accept returns or exchange of the products posted in same category, unless the item arrived is damaged or there was an error with your order
 ( like wrong product received , etc )

If you receive a damaged item or if there was an error with your order, please take a photo of the product and an unboxing video and contact us immediately . we will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

While ordering the accessories for your pet , kindly check the size chart and order the exact size. We are sorry to mention that exchange request on the basis of size Shall not be entertained .

If you wont be there to accept the delivery , please make sure that whosoever is accepeting the order on your behalf is aware of this policy and knows to check for any damage before accepting the delivery

In the case of a refund , we will process the refund within 7-10 working days after the return is received , refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
